ORDERING SENIOR BANNERS
Senior banners are a great way to show school pride and pride in your student athlete, musician or whatever talent you wish to celebrate! Our banners are made with premium 13oz banner scrim, finished with hems and grommets. Our graphic design department will design your team's senior banners and customize each student with their name, number and graduation year. The cost of our banners when ordered with your team are only $50 each for an order of 5 or more up to a 36" x 60" size banner. For orders under 5, the price is $55 each. Shipping will be assessed at the time of order.
To order your athletic senior banners, click on "SHOP" and select Senior banners. You have the choice to select 5 or more banners or 4 and under. Email cynthiaj@thinksignsandgraphics.com the names and numbers of all the athletes, and the contact information for the person in charge of the project. Some things to keep in mind when preparing your photos for ordering:
* We love our volunteer coordinators! So much that we ask to only work with one coordinator per order. Unfortunately we cannot take calls from multiple people/parents for the same order. Your coordinator will be responsible for the communication back and forth from the athletes and their families, and communicate any and all changes to us.
* PLEASE AVOID SHOOTING ON BRICK, especially multi-colored brick. If you want a custom design, pictures on solid backgrounds are best. If the athlete is wearing a dark outfit, then shoot on a neutral light background. If the athlete is wearing a light outfit, shoot on a darker neutral background. If the phots come in with the athlete in front of a net, or on a field (or their natural sport setting), we'll assume that you want that included in the design of the banner.
* We will design one design proof to closely match the sport of the athletes and any design requirements you may have. Once the design proof is approved, we will lay out all the players on that template, and send out another proof for name and number checking. Once approved, the banners will be printed and finished within three business days of proof approval and after payment confirmation.
* We do not take pictures. Make sure that your pictures are high resolution pictures, preferably at least 5mb per student. Anything under that requirement affects the output of your banner. As a rule of thumb, if the picture looks blurry and dull on your end, it will look that way on our end.
* Please only send one photo per athlete and label the photo in a way that we know how to identify the athlete. The senior banners are priced for only 1 photo. Additional photos will be charged $10 per photo per athlete. There is a $10 picture change out fee if we have proofed your athlete and you change the picture.
* We provide some design time for editing small blemishes on the photos. If you require more work, like swapping jerseys, numbers, tonal issues, etc. it's best to submit a new picture. The banner prices are kept low for the student athlete and do not include long amounts of photoshop editing time.
* Time Frame: This is probably the most asked question, how long does it take. As a rule of thumb, we are 3 business days from proof approval to the time your banners will be ready for pick up. We strive to be faster than that, but that's a general estimate. August-September and January-February are our busiest athletic banner months. Your order is worked on in the order it is received and when all pictures are submitted for design. Usually your design proof will be 1-2 business days from the time we receive your pictures. Once the proof is approved, it will take between 1-2 business days to set up the remaining proofs for spell check and small blemish editing. If you have not heard from us in 1-2 days after you submit your pictures, please make sure to reach out. We receive hundreds of emails especially during our busy season and your email could have gone into spam or just missed. * Proof approval: Please note, once your order is approved and printed, we are not responsible for any mistakes, misspellings or any other errors. Make sure you are checking all your proofs and zooming in on your proofs to make sure that the order you approve is exactly what you want.
